At J&N, we strive to make every part of your project easy, from choosing a contractor to moving in. But more importantly, we want the whole process to be enjoyable.

The work we get to do in your homes and businesses gives us a chance to share our craft with new people. We are not simply there to do the work. We’re there to create something beautiful and lasting. To build community while we build your home or business.

Our process is all about information - gathering it and sharing it.

A fully defined scope of work and a comprehensive budget are the foundations of your project, so the first thing we need to do is get to know you and your vision.  

We’ll visit your home or business space with you to assess the situation and discuss your specific hopes for the outcome. Each project poses its own challenges, so beginning with a thorough analysis of the situation allows us to more accurately budget and be better prepared to make your dreams a reality. 

After our initial assessment, we will have a good idea of the general scope of work and can provide a rough budget that will effectively reflect the potential costs of your project. 

If the rough budget number feels comfortable our team begins defining the final scope of work and building your comprehensive budget. We take our time with this part and work with you to ensure we know exactly what you want.
